How to Request an Exterior Cleaning Quote in La Quinta
A useful exterior cleaning estimate starts with a clear picture of your property. Whether you need a driveway cleaned, brighter windows or attention to your gutters, a few details help define the work and make quotes easier to compare.
Lemonade Exterior Cleaning & Home Improvement is based in La Quinta and serves homes and businesses across the Coachella Valley. Use this checklist before requesting an estimate.
1. List the areas you want cleaned
Name each area separately: driveway, front entry, walkway, patio, pool deck, windows, solar panels or gutters. For a business, include storefronts and other exterior areas you want assessed. A request for “the whole exterior” can mean different things, so describe what you want included.
If you have several priorities, put them in order. This makes it easier to discuss a first visit and any additional work.
2. Share photos if you have them
Photos are helpful, but you can call to discuss your project if they are not available. When sharing photos, take a wide view that shows the full surface, then a closer photo of stains or buildup. For a driveway or patio, show the edges and any adjoining surfaces. For windows, include enough of the building to show their height and access.
Photograph only from places you can reach safely. You do not need to climb onto a roof to request a solar panel or gutter cleaning estimate. Avoid including people, house access codes or other private details in the photos.
3. Describe the material and its condition
Tell us whether the area is concrete, pavers, tile, painted siding or another material, if you know. Mention cracks, loose finishes, damaged screens or other existing issues. If you do not know what caused a stain, simply describe it rather than guessing.
Different surfaces and stains need different assessments. A quote should describe the work being proposed; cleaning cannot promise to reverse every kind of wear or permanent damage.
4. Include counts and access details
For window cleaning, share an approximate window count and say whether you want interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, screens or tracks included. For solar cleaning, include the panel count if you know it and whether the panels are on a roof or another structure.
Mention the number of stories, restricted gates, parking limitations and any HOA or property-management scheduling requirements. Share the city where the property is located and your preferred timing. Provide private access details directly when needed, rather than in a public post.
5. Compare the scope as well as the price
Before booking, check which surfaces are included, what preparation is needed and how any optional work will be handled. Two estimates may cover different jobs even when their titles sound similar. Ask questions about anything that is unclear before agreeing to the work.
